Our youth leaders produce and direct the Student Showcase that is our biggest annual scholarship fundraiser.
This is also how we build out our Corporate Partner Program. Studios who do not have access to other fundraising vehicles are able to participate and have dancers perform and the chance for their young leaders get involved with fundraising for scholarships at their studio. Each Corporate Partner must match funds raised and the whole community wins!
Young leaders learn about time management, managing people, use of Microsoft Office Suite, music editing, fundraising, production, stage managing, and lighting design. We have decades of graduates of this program who credit the Student Showcase to giving them the MOST practical work experience in their High School career.
